  This has been our family's branch for over 30 years, so, we've seen A LOT of managers and staff come and go. For the past 15 years, it seems the management in charge of this branch change the managers and staff about every 4 to 5 years, so, this review is for the current group, who came about after the summer of 2018 (we're now in the middle of 2020). Anyways, it took a few months to warm up & get to know most of the staff and current manager... so, it was a bit of a "so-so" interchanges at the beginning. Now that the entire staff knows me & my family, they do a very good job taking care of our needs & questions (not trying to put the current staff down, but the previous "crew" (2012 to 2018) was the BEST/superb... I would call over the phone & they would recognize my voice!... I miss those guys dearly!). So, like anywhere else, it comes down to who's there to help you. Again, the current staff is good, so, no worries & give them a chance.

  9-4 working hours make extremely difficult for regular people with regular jobs 9-5 to do business with this institutions. They charge more to maintain the accounts but They want to work less hours.

  Terrible location to go to I’ll be closing my accounts with this company and taking my financials elsewhere policies are always changing without clients knowing about the changes. I went to this Location to withdraw funds from my Account and I was told I need to use the ID I opened up my Account stating that it is a new policy when I saw folks come in with different IDs and they’re allowed to withdraw funds this is discriminatory and I will be reporting this Company when policies are changed the public must be made aware of any changes in writing not by Mouth. No wonder why this company will never profit compared to bigger financial institutions.
