      I had a scheduled appointment on Friday for an installation of a new car battery, but my car couldn’t keep a charge and I had to keep jumping it. I called and talked about the situation and they told me to drop it off any time and they could fit me in. I dropped it off on Thursday expecting to pick it up on Friday in the afternoon, but they completed the task only 2 hours after dropping it off. Everyone was so nice and helpful and understanding. A 10/10 rating, easily!
