  Good service..! The virtual mailbox system needs work, and it’s difficult to remember to mark items picked up. They do a good job at the Postal Annex..! And the store is awesome for shipping supplies! I would recommend them. 5 stars!

  Brian, It's unfortunate that you feel this way about our mail service. I'd like to argue some of your claims but this can get into a situation where it's you said, I said, your word against mine, since it's not really practical to provide proof on either side of the argument. But for our side, we can provide emails and other correspondence between you and us and Anytime Mailbox against your claims but that would reveal more than necessary to the public. The point of the matter is that we do upload all mail that comes to our registered mailbox customers. Registered meaning all proper identification documents and applications have been approved per USPS requirements. Your claim for us to not upload "really important" mail is simply not true (see the review from an immigration attorney-customer). We upload all your mail unless you were expecting a piece of mail that's not registered to your mailbox. If the addressed name or company name is other than what we have on file for a mailbox, it will be returned to the sender as this person/company is not registered at this address...quite simple. There were times that you just walked in 5 min after delivery, so we just gave it to you without uploading it to your portal. It does not make sense to spend time uploading when the customer was already in store, on the other hand, we should have done it because the storage fee will be higher. You were given a one-time courtesy to waive a storage fee in March 2021, and we informed you of how to avoid such fees (refutes your claim of us not willing to negotiate). The Anytime Mailbox contract states that it's the mailbox owner's responsibility to mark a piece of mail that has been picked up on the portal in order to avoid storage fees (you were informed of this process). Fees that are imposed on Anytime Mailbox customers are monitored by the portal so it's important to let the portal know of actions that were executed. Since I am the only one that handles the mail for both physical and virtual mailboxes I am very confident that all your mail is handled properly. Although we appreciate your business and support we do hope that we can come to a better understanding. Thank you.

  This shop really has notary service for $15! The staff is very efficient and kind. $5 for regular shipping there.

  Good place for passport photos, very professional, experienced, and makes corrections for good quality photos. Only complaint is price for more than 2 of the same photos, usually you only need two but if you needed more paying full price for every set of two seems a bit steep. Otherwise great service! Update: Thank you for the transparency into the pricing landscape. This is definitely a business that cares about it's customers and I would recommend others to go here for quality passport photos! For context, main pricing difference I had been comparing that day was CVS next door, which was atually $16.99 for initial set of 2x and $2.99 for addition sets of 2x. It is also great to hear you provide a price break at higher sets, I remember asking if there were discounts for multiple sets and the answer I got at the time was unfortunately no (looking back, the final price charged also did not show a multi-set discount). Nevertheless, I do think the quality and professionalism of the service was top-notch and would come here again (if welcome) for future passport photo needs!

  Thank you Yang for coming back to us to do your passport photo. We do our best to stay competitive for this service so let's paint a bit clearer picture of our service. We charge $12.83+tax comes to $13.99 for a set of 2 pictures. We provide photos for all countries, not just the U.S. We provide a price break at 6 sets; $10.99 per set thereafter. While this is our pricing others actually charge more: - U.S. Post Office, $15/set regardless of the number of sets, U.S. photos only - UPS Store, ~$17/set regardless of the number of sets, not all countries supported (each store varies in terms of the country supported) - Walgreens, $15.99/set regardless of the number of sets, and countries supported are listed on their website. I suspect you are aware of this since you returned after asking us for our price. Thank you for commenting on our product quality because we know the process involved for passport applications either as a renewal or first time is time-consuming and can be costly. None of our customers has had their application rejected because of our photo.
