      They lie and cheat people, say they are going to do something for you with your mortgage and then everything falls through the cracks. Talked to a guy named Mike, he was really rude; kept on interrupting me and dictating: "Listen to me!" Duh! I'm supposed to be the one to be listened to. Later called and asked for the owner Jerry. Promised to resolve my problem, never did. Called Jerry a few times, he said he would set things right. Called again a few weeks later, my pleadings went to voicemail. Went with another more reputable mortgage company
