  I got in contact with Trevor, following a recommendation from my realtor, after another broker failed to make an appointment we had. After speaking with Trevor, within 30 mins we met and I had my pre-qualification that same afternoon. The team at PowerHouse Solutions were amazing to work with during the exciting (and scary) process of buying our first home. In fact, the elements that can be scary were not so bad by working with Trevor. He was available anytime we needed via text, call or email to answer quick questions and alleviate concerns. This was helpful, because questions do not only come to mind from M-F, 9-5. Additionally, he would send regular articles and links to his blogs to help understand every step of the process. Every time we prepared to make an offer, Trevor would quickly send estimate calculations to help us make the best offer that worked with our budget. Trevor also put us in contact with other trusted vendors and colleagues that were needed in order to close the deal. I highly recommend this team!
