  Recently worked with Seth Feinman on a mortgage for my new home. He's the best! He made things SO easy for my wife and I. He was always there whenever we had questions, knew everything under the sun about our different mortgage options, and helped us every step of the way.   Absolutely phenomenal mortgage brokers. From Richard Pisnoy to Stacey Elshahaby, the people at Silver Fin Capital take the time and personal care to make sure you are calm and comfortable during the traditionally most difficult part of buying a home, the mortgage process. During the daunting task of purchasing a house with my husband in Queens, Stacey was a processing wizard with our mountain of documents, and she always made the time to discuss with us the reasoning behind the options we had during challenging decisions along the way. We also happened to be purchasing during one of the most extreme Fed tightening cycles of our lifetime, where other homebuyers were losing mortgage rate locks as banks wouldn't honor what they had agreed to, but Stacey and Silver Fin had our rate protected.   I have worked with Michael Perlman for all my mortgage needs over the last nine years. This has included two house purchases and multiple re-finances. Each transaction seemed to come with an increasing level of complexity, whether it was jumbo loans being pulled during covid, a scramble to re-finance from ARM to fix before rates started to rise, or most recently a purchase in tight timescales, with no mortgage contingency clause in the offer. Every time I have asked Michael one simple question "can it be done" and every time he has delivered. He has consistently given me great advice, found me great mortgage deals for my situation and made the entire process a pleasure. In short, he's simply the best!
