      Been with this bank several years. They have worked well with me on my loans and accounts. The only thing I would like to see them change is for the lobby to be open on Saturdays for a couple hours.

      Impossible to deal with. Poor management!! 7 years after accounts closed and they are still a pain. Welch on payment arrangements. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!

      This bank is extremely hard to work with. When questions arise, they never answer their phones or return calls unless it involves them getting their money; anything relative to customer care or service is disregarded. I’ve had a vehicle finance loan paid off for more than a year and it’s still showing up on my credit report as an open account. Take you banking business elsewhere. Prairieland is comparable to Woodforest.
