  I am very pleased with the level of service I was provided with this company. Five years ago, I partnered with this company to help manage my debt. They did everything they said they were going to do. Fast forward to 6 months ago. I was placed in collections erroneously by one of the companies that PFS was able to work their magic with. Even though I am not a current customer, PFS worked tirelessly to resolve this matter. The issue has been fixed, and I couldn't be happier. Patience and persistence is key! Thank you sooooo much PFS. :)

  beware- IMO these people never even contacted my credit card companies but happily took my money for 6 months -reported them & cancelled .

  I turned to PFS to help me reorganize my debt payment in 2013. After about 6 months of not paying my creditors but paying PFS, I was sent to collections by the creditors and spent multiple times on the phone sorting out what I was paying them to "fix." My credit was destroyed and yet I was paying them faithfully every month. Finally, in 2016, I completed my payoff agreement, but I only found out because I had a log-in to a site from Global Client Solutions. I emailed GCS to find out if I was done since I showed a credit for almost $930. I called the contact number several times and was only able to leave a message, and emailed several times for instructions to call me back. After a couple of weeks of trying to track someone down from the company to discuss this issue with, I have not received any replies. I really don't know what they did to help. Their communication is terrible. Up to this point, the only communication has occurred because I have called to find out the status of my account. I'm convinced that they just took almost $13k in payment and really did nothing to help my situation. Personally, I should have just dealt with my creditors directly. I feel like I have been ripped off by this company. It's a SCAM!!
