  One of the most unprepared mortgage companies we have worked with. Communication is terrible and they have no issues with creating a more stressful experience because it does not affect them, just the families and individuals experiencing a move or relocation. Very disappointed with this company and the individuals working there.

  Our Processor-Alyse has been responsive and helpful however our Loan Officer-Julianne fell off the face off the earth as soon as we agreed to use Premia. More than once our realtor has had to drive her to provide the necessary information/requirements for the state of AZ. When we brought this to her attention the first time she was argumentative and adamant about that it was my husband's fault, not hers. If this is any inclination of Premia's service and abilities, I am fearful that our loan will not get completed timely and we will lose our new home. As a pregnant woman, moving across the country to start a new role this is certainly not the support and service we expect. Proceed with caution if you opt to use this company as providing a quality client experience is not a priority to them.
