      I have been a member for almost 20 years, service is getting terrible. I know they are trying to grow, but at cost of service to the members? I hate to say that some of commercial banks have better service than “Premier America CU”. Branches don’t answer their phone, and when you call 800 # they don’t announce themselves and give you attitude of - why are you calling us (this happened more than couple time to me - not an isolated case). It will be a hassle for me to move from them, but I am already thinking about it.
