  After over an entire month of working with Premier for a mortgage, everything was great and I was told that we’re clear to close. I then get a call from my loan officer the week of closing saying that underwriting caught an issue with my income they reported and employment verification, and that we would be declined. Come to find out, from the very beginning my paystubs were read wrong and my gross income was falsely reported, for OVER A MONTH. So, from a careless mistake I was wrongly preapproved, wasted a months time signing paperwork, put money down for closing, spent hundreds on a home inspection for a home I won’t have, made arrangements for moving out of my current home, and spent countless hours emailing, driving back and forth, and endless phone calls. This bank has some sorting out to do, I do not recommend them at all. Not only am I affected, but so is my agent and the seller.
