  Worked with Michele for our Home Equity Line and the entire process was so easy and Michele is the absolute nicest person and so very helpful! We had some issues from our prior title company messing some things up and Michele worked with them and us to get everything solved in a quick and efficient way! I would give more than five stars if possible! Also since signing the documents I have visited the banking branch near my work and all of the staff are so friendly. Michele has continued the superb customer services even now as I have had many follow up questions that she has helped me with. I felt like a priority customer from start to finish. I would highly recommend!!

  Nice people, corporate lacks online customer support in off hours. Password resets are way too time consuming. Branch staff always does their best to take care of your requests or transactions efficiently. Bank closes on random days without warning or signs posted even though it wasn’t a holiday. Going downhill.

  Hate dealing with banking problems from San Tan Valley, AZ but Christie and Michele from Streetsboro branch of Premier Bank who extremely professional and helpful. They both helped me navigate the online banking system while assuring that I was not the victim of identity theft. I really appreciate their thoroughness and their patience in dealing with my plethora of issues. Thank you Premier Bank for your excellent service!
