  I have been banking with this bank going on five years and they can never help me get a loan they help more white people then they do blacks and I know this for a fact I have lots of white friends that banks here and there credit is horrible and they get a loan with no problem the workers have always had a attitude problem since I've been with them it's sad but I will be switching banks soon and I'm not giving ya'll a star at all it's only to be able to post on here

  No one answers the phone! I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes— it’s like this every time I call. I just have a few easy questions but I can never get ahold of someone. It’s really frustrating.
