      Love Woodforest. I left my debit card at home in a different city and Ryan was so nice the entire time. Both of the other tellers were also really professional and going out of their way for the other people as well. There’s just something so refreshing about genuinely happy/nice people. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

      I have used Woodforest since 2018 and had no problems at first. Recently I deposited a check into my account. I went to check how much money I had and noticed I was near -$200. It shouldnt show any transaction history for a compromised card, and it doesn't even show that I deposited the check into my account. Woodforest is unwilling to help. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.
