Not sure about the Credit Union as a whole just yet, but Sandra was super helpful and patient when it came to making a car payment and setting up online banking. It took me almost 30 minutes to set everything up and she was there to guide me through every step without making me feel rushed or like an idiot. Whatever they're paying her, it isn't enough.

Charged me a $10 fee for a check that didn't work. $10?? What a ridiculous fee. You should have just denied the check initially
