Rich and Darla were great advocates for us when it came to getting our loan over the finish line. With little time left before our closing date, we hit a few road bumps getting everything through underwriting and they were consistently in touch very quickly to explain the issues so I could get them what they needed. I could tell that they were both working extremely hard and were very active working on our loan both early in the mornings and late in the evenings. I had a wonderful experience with Susan. I actually talked with another lender in the early stages, which was a helpful comparison. It was like night and day. Susan was amazing!
