  Adam was integral to the success of assisting me close on a niche one-time close construction loan. After many calls to different brokers and lenders who were recommended by my realtor and from different colleagues, the loan type that I was looking for all came to dead-ends. It was an exhausting task to find someone who provided this service, let alone to find a lender/broker who had even heard of it. And there came... Adam!!! He was a godsend from our first conversation. Adam provided me with the support and guidance necessary to get this done. He is experienced, well-informed, and was responsive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the loan process. This loan was a much more difficult and exhaustive undertaking than many traditional mortgage loans. Adam was organized. He coordinated and streamlined all necessary documents and information from myself and all appropriate parties involved. Adam went above and beyond in working with me to get this loan completed, which is something that you don't find in people too often nowadays. In doing so, he also looked out for my best interest and educated me throughout the process to assure that I was getting the most for my money and that I understood and was comfortable with all the terms and conditions of the loan. Adam was exceptional and his service invaluable. I can't thank him enough. I would use him for any of my future home lending services and would recommend him to friends, family, colleagues, and anyone needing exceptional home lending/brokerage services.
