      UPDATE: 1. Note well that I had already met with the branch manager in her office prior to writing this post. You need to improve your Software and Systems as well as your customer service. 2. This post still praises Jamie from Prestige. She is absolutely the most helpful person I have ever met throughout the world of financial institutions. It is not her fault that their systems are inefficient and ineffective. She is the best but she has to work with their resources which are limited in many ways. 2. Only use this credit union for very basic transactions, it cannot keep up with IT.
