      Very rude staff. Went to initiate a transfer and they said they couldn't do it, they were too busy. The tellers and the manager were rude and very condescending. Very poor customer service. Avoid this Bank of America location.

      We were racially discriminated against by the bank teller there, which resulted in our money being held, and we are not able to pay our bills because she treated us as if my husband and I were trying to commit fraud with a check from his job that he just started, so they mailed his first check instead of direct deposit.
