      Do not... Do not.. work with these people everything you are reading in the reviews is accurate. My title company even confirmed they dread dealing with Scott Ozark. He will initially promise you everything you ask for ..you will not hear back from him, you will need to reschedule final day signing at the title company likely more than twice, he will inconvenience everyone..the stress he adds to buying a home is completely uneccessary. The team will ask for multiple documents that you have already sent. There is no communication . Read the reviews people, pretty consistent.

      Got preapprove then we had problems. Mike will respond pretty quick but Deliah won’t she say I have new for you later that day then you hear nothing then they said a week before closing I need a co-signer and then I send all of that and still hear nothing just there team is processing it recommend not going to online lenders just go to a local more likely I won’t get the dream home
