      The Menasha branch is great! Super friendly staff, nice building. I went there recently with a small auto-pay issue. The staff helped me quickly and they were super friendly.

      I've been living in the Fox Valley area for almost a decade and has been a long time customer of this branch. While I am not a huge fan of the fact their in-house financial advisers kept changing (it is hard to build a relationship and maintain constant strategy if you are doing investment account), the regular teller staffs and manager are a delight to work with. Everytime I visit the branch for any regular business, I was greeted with familiarity and they handle my business promptly, to my satisfaction, and answered all my questions. The business hour is slightly less convenient as the branch does not open on weekends and close at 4:30 on workdays, but it only takes a bit of a planning for a typical 8-5 worker like me. Overall, good US branch to have in the area and great staffs to work with!
