      First of all, if there was a rating higher than "Great", Cari would have received that from me. Every step of the way, she was informative, offered alternative ideas, followed up immediately and communicated clearly. I also shopped around in the Portland/Lake Oswego area and chose Cari specifically. She was able to do what others couldn't. I know that I can refer her to my friends and family with confidence.       So many times the process of refinancing a home can feel overwhelming and taxing, however with Kyle it was amazingly smooth and stressless. I kept thinking this cannot be real and something was going to go wrong. But it didn't. Kyle was amazing and made sure I understood every step of the process and checked in with each step.
