Dave Kammerer was absolutely fantastic. As a first time homebuyer I had all sorts of questions, from my very first interaction Dave put my mind at ease. Dave answered every question, made sure I understood the answer, if I did not quite understand he would put it in layman's terms. Talk about going above and beyond!! We put in an offer on a home at 9:30 in the evening, Dave drove all the way back into his office to make sure all of my pre-approval numbers were all dialed in and sent that off for us.
