Said they released payoff statement and hung up on title processor when they did not in fact release payoff statement. Extremely rude and unprofessional. No accountability for hateful staff.

Well clearly you did not call my office because we don’t have a processor and we don’t do payoffs in our office . Payoff’s come through the company headquarters. Furthermore, I would’ve been the one to answer the phone and I do not recall this phone conversation :-) Please remove your negative comment as it does not pertain to my office. Let me also add that we are closed today because I am out of town. It would be impossible for you to have spoken to me today!
