  We've been with Prime Meridian almost from its start, though our accounts there had been relatively inactive during the last few years. Yesterday, we stopped into the Cap Circle branch to reactivate one of those accounts, close another, and open a new account. Personal Banker Alicia Crespo, whom we met for the first time, handled all of this with impressive grace, efficiency, precision and good cheer. Given the complexities of this transaction (and COVID-required masking, etc.), this could have gone south in any number of ways, but Ms. Crespo was right on the money, so to speak. As a result, we're now expecting to resume regularly active banking at PMB and we feel we have a new friend in Ms. Crespo. (Also, the cookies remain as good as we remember them.)

  This is by far the best bank I’ve ever been associated with. From the President, who personally greeted my wife and I when we first opened an account last year at the Capital Circle NE branch, down to all levels of employees, we have received the best and most friendly service one could ask for in a bank. We highly recommend Prime Meridian Bank
