Everything was great up until two days before closing when Taylor told us the loan could not be approved due to a miscalculation on their end. Wasted money on travel expenses, furniture, etc. Potentially almost lost our 10k in earnest money due to this mistake, and of course the communicatio from Taylor all of a sudden went silent. We had to involve his bosses to get this situated. I'm sure PrimeLine is a nice place, but we had our worst experience with them. So this review is honest and truthful. I hope everyone who deals with them has a better experience.
