  Super fast and friendly service. I like that you deal with bankers and not standing in line for a teller. Not to insult tellers but often times they say they can't help with whatever your issue is and you have to wait again for a banker. This branch seems more personal and friendly.

  Went to go cash a personal check written from my employer and they gave me the hardest time trying to cash the check. It’s as if they thought I stole it or something. I personally feel like I was racially profiled. And I gave them my license and he still asked for my social, which I found odd. I never had a bank do that before when I was cashing a check at their bank. I would not recommend this bank. His excuse for making me go through all of this was because the “check style” changed and he claimed he got an alert. Now I see why there rating is so low. There are so many other banks to bank with that won’t give you the run around. Horrible experience.
