  Least helpful people in the world. Continuously put fraud locks on my card even thought the were notified on multiple occasions that am military and would be traveling. My card would randomly decline without notice even though there were funds in my accounts. Once I made the decision to switch banks/credit unions, they made the process of transferring to another bank extremely difficult.

  When I set up my Money Market account a few years ago I was given separate login info to access it. I went back another day last year to set up a Roth IRA account and asked if it was possible to connect the Money Market to my personal account to make it easier and was told no. The lady was new and something told me that wasn’t right but it already took longer than it should have to set up the Roth so I left it alone for the time being since I had somewhere to go. Fast forward to April/May 2021, I needed money from the Money Market for school and a lot was missing. Turns out they gave the “secondary” person on the account access to it through their personal account but I was told I couldn’t even have that kind of access for MY account and it was MY money. I’m the holder of the account. How does that even work? The secondary tried to handle it and was told nothing could be done. $8000+ gone just like that. Slightly understandable because what’s spent is spent for whatever reason. But still, as primary and never even touching that money, more should have and could have been done. Thankfully Ms. Bunmi was able to connect all of my accounts which apparently was very easy to do and helped me track all of the transactions that took place. They need to do a better job of training new staff on what can actually be done and much better job of allowing what’s actually accessible to whoever has access to someone’s account.
