      Customer service is great. I had an auto loan with PNC but changed to NASA because the rate was much lower and the service is much more personal.

      Worst bank I've ever had. The fees and let me tell you surprise fees a absolutely ridiculous. If you aren't part of the top 1 percent club don't even bother with applying for a loan. You can literally choose any other bank and get treated better.
