      Amazing credit union. Does what a credit union is supposed to - help clients instead of the investor focus of banks. Carlee helped us get a debt consolidation loan when none of the banks would. Thanks to the team we fixed our financial lives. PFCU will forever be my ‘bank’.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. I called the credit union today and the voicemail message says we are not available, we will give you a call back in one business day. Phone service is not consistent, sometimes the phone lines are down. But consistently, you cannot get thru to speak to someone at the bank. But when you go into the bank, everyone seems to be available??
