  I’m very grateful to George and the team at Priority Lending. They were all very thorough with communications and in getting documents taken care of and processed. It was a relatively easy process, considering the task at hand. And a special thank you to George for being available, patient and always willing to answer any and all questions, even outside of traditional business hours!

  They were great through the process. But George had said we wouldn’t have to pay Feb or March, then back tracked and said we would need to pay Feb up front and they would request a refund since we refinanced the new lender would be paying Feb payment. Said refund should take about 45 days. When I emailed to confirm that refund had been requested or if I needed to do it I got zero response, it’s now been 2 weeks and still haven’t heard back from him or Laura. They got paid so I guess we are not a priority anymore but I know for sure I will not be using them ever again. Screenshots shown of when I contact George on 2/18/22 and 3/14/22 with zero response from him, which is after the supposed last date you are showing from 2/17/2022.

  Maria C Thank you for the positive review about our excellent lending process. We try our best to give 110% to our clients. You closed and funded on 2/28. You were told that if the file closed before the 15th of Feb that you would not have a Feb or Mar payment with the first payment starting on April. Your first payment IS starting on April as contracted. You sent the Feb payment to avoid a Feb late fee. The escrow and overage refund does come back to you in an estimated 45 days. As your were also told during the loan process. It comes to you from your prior lender and not Priority Lending. We have zero control over your prior bank. To be sure about your email - I took the time to search the email database and have no emails from you since 2/17 to which you responded. Thank you and we hope your will consider use again. Curt

  I have used Priority Lending twice and all I can say is they are AMAZING!!! I have been fortunate enough to work with George every time and he is a blessing to work with. He takes the time to answer every question and help you feel comfortable. This helps SOO much because buying a home can be very stressful. Not only was he great during the home buying process, but George has also contacted me after buying my home to make sure everything is going well and offer additional help/advise. George is the best!
