  I am not one to write a lot of reviews. When I work with people I have expectations on their performance and when they fulfill those expectations I think they are doing their jobs - what I expected them to do. I feel the same about myself. I do not expect kudos for doing my job to the best of my ability. BUT --- I recently had the pleasure of working with Terri Knight and her boss Mark and I must say they go WAY ABOVE & BEYOND what "their jobs" require. As a realtor I have worked with several mortgage companies and most do their jobs well but these two truly made an impression on me. It was a VA loan and the client did not have a lot of cash for closing costs -- Terri & Mark worked together to make sure this loan closed - AND it closed early. I would highly recommend Terri for all your mortgage needs - she was more than competent, ALWAYS followed through (which is so important in this business), had a great positive attitude and even through the phone could feel her smile. Thank you to both for making this transaction so smooth. I will ALWAYS recommend you to future clients.

  I used this company to refinance my home and it was nothing but a pleasure from beginning to end. I just walked in off the street and I was able to talk someone and get my questions answered for free. They told me a lot of information that I needed to know about my home loan. I would recommend this company top a friend.
