After visiting this branch as a shared-branch customer from a different participating credit union, I honestly don’t understand all the negative reviews! My experience here was quick, pleasant, and efficient. Just make sure to ring the doorbell outside! The inside of the branch is small, but that’s not an issue. If you’re a shared-branch customer, just make sure to fill out the transaction request slip next to the entrance once you’re inside. Service was pretty quick today, however. The teller who assisted me was interactive & friendly! I came to deposit a check and my transaction was done quickly. The fact that this location is also right next to a post office is very convenient. Overall, a solid credit union! I’ll definitely be back!
