ProTitle is a very great company to work with. I recently purchased a home and used them for my closing and title services. They were very good to me and answered all of my question kindly and thoroughly. Then a month later a separate issues came up where I had additional title questions and Ken answered the phone and was happy to help me out again, no way could I have known the answers he provided me and my family, which led me to thank him multiple times for his gracious assistance. I will use them again and refer friends. Great team over at ProTitle, Thanks again!

I implore you to never use ProTitle's services. Several years back, we hired ProTitle to help us execute a re-title on a home. Fast-forward to today, the re-title was never executed and we were not refunded any of the money which we paid them. While they claim they attempted the re-title on several occasions, they justify keeping our money in full because of the time ProTitle spent "trying" to complete what we paid them to do. Completely unacceptable, and absolutely horrible service.

If I could give a negative number I would. Never EVER use this company. Instead of sending a wire transfer, they sent a VERY large check via UPS to an address where they left it AT THE RECEPTION DESK. I closed on a Friday. It's now Wednesday and I still don't have the funds deposited to pay of the loan. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
