i highly recommend Jim Kramer in White Bear Lake office for your home buying or selling experience. He is knowledgable, friendly and goes well beyond to help make your experience as stress free as possible. As homeowners of 38 years we wanted to downsize to a townhome where we would not have the yard maintenance we had with our 1/3 acre lot. Jim sat down with us and helped show us what areas we could improve to make our home more presentable to buyers. In a market where homes were selling over ask he helped us navigate the buying process also. We sold our home in 5 days and bought our perfect townhome within 2 days sale of our home. Jim was there throughout the process to calm our fears, answer any questions and lend a hand. He brought his own trailers to move us. Jim was truly an angel sent from above to help us navigate this experience. We will be forever grateful to him and his family for sharing him with us.
