      I usually have good experiences here at Pro Fed, except today when I called at 8:45 AM, I was in the parking lot watching all the employees go inside the bank, and online said that Pro-Fed opened at 8:30 AM on Fridays. I called the Kendallville branch and the lady on the other end proceeded to tell me the bank didn’t open until 9 AM. Here’s a suggestion Pro-Fed, FIX YOUR ONLINE HOURS, IT WILL HELP A LOT OF PEOPLE. 2/5 stars for this experience.

      Hi, Faye. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Due to covid, we are allowing for an extra half hour for cleaning in the morning to keep our staff and members safe. We will eventually go back to our normal hours opening at 8:30 a.m. Per your suggestion, we've updated our online hours to reflect our 9 a.m. opening due to covid. Next time you arrive early, feel free to drive up and use our new and convenient Video Teller Machines where a live video teller can help assist you through almost any transaction.
