  As a first-time home buyer, I have been looking to purchase a home during the start of the pandemic. Chae Bae from Professional Mortgage Source was recommended by a co-worker friend and I couldn’t be more satisfied with his services and efforts in trying to get me into a home of my dreams. My journey started with Chae in summer 2020 when I first asked for a pre-approval letter and he was quickly able to provide me with one so I can get a head start on the bidding process of home-buying. Unfortunately, I didn’t win the bid at the time and was starting to feel discouraged in trying to find a home during this hot market. Fortunately, a year later, a new build was developing in the city that I have been keeping my eyes on and again, I went to Chae for my updated pre-approval letter. He responded to all my emails and phone calls promptly. He gave me guidance on the current and future mortgage interest rates and help me lock my rates while waiting for the home to complete. Chae is professional, knowledgeable, quick in his response time, and always available to answer my questions. Closing with Chae was smooth sailing and he made the process stress-free. I highly recommend Chae to my friends and family!

  Chae was the BEST!!! He just helped me refinance my home loan since i wasn't able to get the best rates possible from the fast escrow window before. He is very knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. His team is very responsible and always replies our questions right away. The team was able to close very quickly. He is the one you can count on. I have been bragging about the great rate/loan to everyone that will hear. I highly recommend Chae!

  This was the fastest refi I have ever done. He provided all the options in worksheets so we could determine are best option. The biggest thing, he provided the lowest rate compared to other mortgage sources. Highly recommend.
