  I contacted Tim back in November. At first he was very responsive and we had several phone calls. He said we had no problem in getting us refinanced. He disappeared until January and apologized and said the holidays where a factor, but said we're where still ok. At the end of Feb he sent an email stating "he's purchase business had grown and asked to focus on this". I'm not sure what this means, but he made me waste time and money. Very unprofessional. DO NOT recommend .

  I have now done 6 refinances and I'm about to do my 3rd purchase loan with Tim, and I look forward to future loans!
