      I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been with this company since 2007, and have never had a claim. They did not renew my policy due to my roof being 15 years old. What makes this situation completely unacceptable is that they never notified me! I only found out when my mortgage company sent me a notice stating I had no homeowners insurance, and let me know they’d be purchasing insurance if I did not send proof otherwise. My home hasn’t been covered since June 15, 2022. When I called my homeowners insurance agent, she claimed that they had not been notified about the drop in coverage either. Fortunately, my agent has secured me a policy with another company. Had I known that I needed to replace my roof to renew my policy with ASI/Progressive, I certainly would’ve done so. In any event, I’m in the process of replacing it now. However, ASI/Progressive will never get my business again.

      ASI used to be wonderful until Progressive got involved. Now the customer service is terrible. They just messed up our homeowner's payment and cancelled our policy. Completely unacceptable!
