My claims representative Angela Hurtado is impossible to get ahold of. She doesn’t respond to any calls or emails. For weeks I have been attempting to contact her with no response. Recently, I have been contacting customer service, as they are able to see if they are at their desk and message them directly. On numerous occasions Angela has told the representative that she will be calling me later in the day, to no avail. If my experience changes I will update my review, but I’m not holding my breath. If you are assigned Angela Hurtado to handle your claim, I would recommend asking for a different adjuster ASAP.
