      If you are looking for a lender who is thorough, accessible, and knowledgeable look no further Joel is the guy! My husband and I are first-time home buyers and Joel made the process effortless. Joel was with us at every step throughout the process and explained documents and procedures in great detail. Although I was anxious throughout the home buying process Joel’s confidence and smarts kept my husband and I sane. We were pre-approved within a week and Joel even connected us with an awesome realtor who helped us find our beautiful home. If we had questions about documents that needed to signed or any financial questions Joel was quick to reply. Honestly, I wish I could have given Joel 10 stars for making our home buying process a breeze!

      I have done business with Joel and Annie for over a year now. And the both of them go above and beyond to help their home owners out . Omgosh the time that they take to do the things they do for their customer to help them make changes for their new homes and to not be so stressful on their customers .These two are simply amazing so whoever is reading this review if you want to buy a new home then go to Joel and Annie for help they are by far the BEST people to work with .
