      This bank is garbage, they’ve been going downhill steadily since I joined in 2016. They are completely unreliable with respect to honoring commitments (scheduled appointments, phone calls and timelines)… additionally Proponent representatives are incredibly hard to get ahold of via their corporate phone number once you get fed up with trying to catch an employee to speak to in the local office. Don’t waste your time with this company.

      This bank charges insane fees. They only have 2 locations in the USand then keep terrible hours so you can never actually talk to someone. They often never process a charge foe several days even though it's debit and it doesn't even show in your account. They made it almost impossible fir me to actually go to a different bank.
