      20 minute deposit. Even with my incompetence to fill out the deposit slip it shouldn’t have taken 20 mins.

      I'm not a customer but my grandma is and she had sent me some money. I went to cash it and I chose this particular prosperity bank because I saw 4 stars. Well to my disappointment the lobby isn't open and the speaker at the drive thru cracks so I missed important information the teller was telling me and after that she treated me very poorly. And the check cashing fee was more than 10% of the check. I know where I will never bank at. I feel sorry for my grandma.

Lowest ATM limits in existence when it's located in one of the highest income areas. Pathetic online experience and capabilities. You honestly get better service with a prepaid online card. If you took that model, bought a building and dropped a few people in it to answer question and deposits for the card you'd have a better more well rounded experience.
