      This branch is SLLOOWWW. I went in on my lunch break in an attempt to make a withdrawal. They had one teller running the drive thru and the lobby while 4 other people were in their office. I drive further to Teel and Main just to get quicker and better customer service.

      Took $60 cash into bank to exchange for $5s. Long story short, after long discussion with teller I was told if I didn't have an account they would have to charge me! This is a bank, not 7-11, anyone should be able to exchange cash for cash. I am going to try this at Chase (no acct there) and see what happens. Amazing
