      Lobby is closed permanently for some inexplicable reason? I've lost faith in this bank. Lady couldn't give me any sort of reason.

      This place realllllly ticked me off. Been banking with them coming on 8 years and my account had a zero balance for 60 days due to a job change and they closed my account. They had made no attempts to reach out to me by mail, phone, or through the website. NOTHING. I had a payment scheduled to be deposited on Wednesday (two days after I realized I no longer had an account) and that’s great cause now it’s going to take some time to be able to receive my money in the form of a check THAT I HAVE NOWHERE TO DEPOSIT IT AT NOW! Worst thing is I called and asked about why my account was closed and there was zero sympathy there about not even giving me a heads up. Thankful it’s not the first of the month... oh wait, it is. *^%#!##
