      I had to choose one single star because there isn’t an option for 0 stars. Had been with them for over nine years and saw them change bank names like underwear. I got hacked over 4 times resulting in my account being suspended, leading to more trouble with my atomized payments. This fourth time I had to wait almost a month for my replacement card to arrive. I had to personally drive over to make those payments in cash. Went to their location on Carrier in Grand Prairie and was met by some monotoned individual trying out customer service. He never showed any sympathy or friendliness towards me whatsoever. And when he finalized the cancellation and I was walking off, he literally single-clapped sarcastically. Yes, I did notice that bit. So glad this is over. SMH
