  I have a Prosperity Bank account that I opened in the Gainesville TX location and usually always go there, but when needed if I'm on my way home from denton or headed towards Denton & can't go to Gainesville stop by here, the times I have went inside the lobby its great but its been 3 times I stop by with my son...(who also has an account here) the times we go through the drive thru while he's driving the attitude he gets is rude and he doesn't get taken seriously I guess because he's a teenager, he asked to break a 100 dollar bill and he gets a "i guess" as a response. Its rude, whether it was a joke or not. I dont like coming here but if I have to I have no choice because its on my way home and don't want to drive to gainesville.

  This is by far the absolute worst bank! I was forced into this bank by Legacy Texas being sold and am switching all of my accounts to another bank after 18 years. At this point, it would be better to hand over all of my money to chimps with sticks as that would be an infinite improvement upon this cluster that they call a bank.
