      Went in 3 different times needing to speak with the lender. I was told to come back in the next day and he would be there. However, he was not each time. I was overcharged 2 months on my mortgage payment and I couldn’t get it resolved. They had no idea what happened as I have direct deposit on our payment. Was told I would get a call when they figured it out later that day and I never did. The lady who helped acted clueless and her boyfriend who was one of the bosses did not help.
