  Just switched my business banking to Prosperity Bank after many years of trying to work with a large national bank. Prosperity Bank was able to process my Paycheck Protection Program loan within days. My previous large national bank was a monumental waste of time for over three weeks. The large national bank had NO customer service and kept emailing me for tax forms my business doesn't file - they simply just don't get it. Prosperity Bank, specifically Colton Edmondson, Laurel Vaughan and Jayna Desai, have been so responsive and accommodating to my business banking needs. They are true customer experience caregivers. Thanks so much for redefining what a bank and a banking relationship should be, Prosperity Bank!

  Normally people in Keller are are helpfull but this morning the lady on the phone has a bad tone of voice and very rude, so good luck with so unhappy life she should have. I just talk to headquarters and one person make a difference...Thanks

  This bank bought my old bank legacy texas. I was excited about the switch because prosperity had closer locations but since the switch things have been horrible. First of all no debit card! I waited 2 weeks like they told me to then order another one still 3 weeks now no card! They cancelled all my auto bill pay so all my bills are 3 weeks over due and no card to pay with. So I withdrew all money in a cashier's check and closed my account. After I deposited the check in an existing chase account they put a 10 day hold on it. Now I have to pay all my Bill's on a credit card this month until MY OWN money clears. This bank is terrible! They obviously dont care about their customers they are rude and basically stole my money for a month. I would never recommend this bank and wish I never stepped in there. I dont know what Legacy bank was thinking it went to small caring awesome service to corporate crooks over night. Good riddance Prosperity!
