      They do not answer your requests for necessary documents, such as the mortgage application and do not write back to you in the home-buying process. It is virtually a fraudulent organization that approves anyone submitting an application and then chooses who they will actually continue the process of home-buying and transferring necessary documents with such as the pre-approval and mortgage application. Once your online application is approved, it will go away and all of your mortgage application information will be gone. The solution that I can come up with for this problem is taking screenshots of your mortgage application. Does having the only copy of your mortgage application via screenshots sound like the rest of the practices by the company involved would be trustworthy? Their employees are dishonest and fraudulent. If the 2008 financial housing crisis repeats itself, this will be the new Deutsche Bank and their owner, Long and Foster, will be the new FrontPoint Partners and Morgan Stanley.
